Tenant Spotlight: Eagle Ridge Apparel

Alturas Capital is very excited to acquire a new tenant at Eagle Marketplace, off Chinden and Eagle Road. Eagle Ridge Apparel began as a small online-only graphic tee shop, transformed almost overnight into a thriving small business earlier this year.  A few clever shirt designs took the internet by storm and this company to the next level. The shirts that almost everyone could relate to during quarantine. The “Stay at Home Squad,” “Essential” and “Quarantine” put Eagle Ridge Apparel on the map.  Selling several thousand of these shirts in a matter of days, this company transformed their small family-ran business and expanded to meet local and regional business shirt printing needs.

Because of their special “Direct to Garment Printers,” designs offer full detail and color options.  Another perk of using these special printers, is there is not a screen “set-up fee,” one more way they keep costs competitive.  Because Eagle Ridge Apparel is a print to order shop, there is no need for a large inventory and the high costs are often passed on to consumers.  What began as online sales only, now includes making custom designs for companies, events and schools. Offering local pick-ups and fulfilling orders to ship. All shirts are hand crafted in Idaho and help support small local businesses during this challenging time.
