Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Travis Barney
Travis Barney is a senior real estate investment professional with 15 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting and valuation, leasing, and due diligence. As President of Alturas Capital Partners, Travis is responsible for overseeing the company’s objectives in collaboration with the company’s team and partners.
His investment philosophy is rooted in risk management, value creation, and durable cash flow. These objectives are met through partnerships and collaborations that are structured for long-term success and create enduring win-win outcomes.
He holds a BS in Finance with a real estate emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
Travis and his wife Brittney live in Boise, Idaho with their sons Grayson, Brock and Caleb. He enjoys spending his free time with his family in the Idaho outdoors.
Chief Investment Officer and Co-founder
Blake Hansen
Blake Hansen co-founded Alturas Capital Partners in 2015 with Travis Barney. He collaborates with the team regarding strategic planning/initiatives. He currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the Alturas Real Estate Fund.
In 2009, Blake left his job in public accounting to start Alturas, with the vision to create a diversified portfolio of operating companies, primarily in the real estate and construction industries. He enjoys all aspects of business building, including the challenges of starting companies and growing teams.
Blake and his wife, Kimberly, have six children. As a family they enjoy doing all types of outdoor recreational activities including alpine and cross-country skiing, hiking, backpacking, camping, fly-fishing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and spending as much time in the Idaho wilderness as possible.
Chief Operating Officer
Devin Morris
Devin is the Chief Operating Officer at Alturas Capital Partners. His primary focus is handling the day-to-day operations of the company and working closely with the team to maximize the potential of the Fund and its underlying assets.
Before Alturas, Devin served as a Vice President for Zions Bank in Boise, Idaho where he managed a loan portfolio comprised of multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President for Wells Fargo in Richmond, VA. He holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University as well as a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
Devin and his wife live in Boise, Idaho with their four children. He is a faithful BYU and Clemson alum who also enjoys travel, the outdoors, and following the English Premier League.
Chief Financial Officer
Bailey Breish
Bailey Breish is the Chief Financial Officer at Alturas Capital Partners. She oversees financial reporting, treasury management, investor fund administration, risk management and compliance.
Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, Bailey spent four years at Deloitte, the largest professional services network in the world. While at Deloitte she performed audits for both public and private companies. Bailey served many industries including manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, power and utilities. Bailey holds a BS in Accounting as well as a Master of Accountancy from the University of Idaho. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Idaho.
Bailey and her husband Marshall live in Boise, ID with their son Quinn and dog Velvet. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends camping, rafting and snowmobiling.
Director of Asset Management
Dean Coombs
Dean serves as the Director of Asset Management at Alturas Capital Partners with a primary focus on optimizing the performance of the assets in the Alturas Real Estate Fund. His day-to-day tasks include leasing, financial analysis, due diligence, and managing capital projects.
Dean has been with Alturas Capital Partners since 2017. His prior experience includes working in residential construction at Alturas Homes and in operations for the J.R. Simplot Company. In 2016, Dean Gradated from Boise State University where he earned a BS in Business Administration.
Dean and his wife Krissy live in Star, Idaho with their three sons Jace, Briggs, and Gavin. In his free time, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, watching Boise State sports, and exploring Idaho’s outdoors.
Legal Operations Manager
Kirk Lewis
Kirk Lewis is the Legal Operations Manager for Alturas Capital Partners. He helps facilitate the drafting, completion, and exchange of a variety of legal documents involved in transactions.
Kirk graduated with a degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University where he also played Rugby. After college, Kirk worked as a Firefighter and Paramedic for 18 years and worked as a part time Paralegal.
His favorite part of his current role is the variety of the type of documents that come across his desk. He enjoys working in Commercial Real Estate because of the many moving parts of every transaction.
Kirk, his wife Ashley, and five children live in Eagle, Idaho. His family enjoys playing sports and all types of outdoor recreation.
Director of Investor Relations
Daniel Trevino
Daniel serves as the Director of Investor Relations at Alturas Capital Partners. His primary focus is driving the ongoing service efforts for our investor partner relationships, assisting with the capital raising efforts of the Alturas Real Estate Fund, and preparing investor communication material.
Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, Daniel served as a Senior Data Analyst and assisted in creating analytical tools for the Alturas portfolio companies. During his time at Alturas, Daniel had the opportunity learn about many industries including commercial real estate, residential construction, and private equity. He holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Daniel and his wife, Marina, live in Boise, Idaho with their daughter, Carmen. In his free time, he enjoys biking, fishing, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with his family.
Senior Property Accountant
Mia Rodriguez
Mia Rodriguez is a Sr. Property Accountant at Alturas Capital Partners. Her primary role within the Accounting team is to mentor other Property Accountants, focusing on financial reporting, accounting processes and system compliance.
Mia graduated from the University of Leeds, UK in 2013 with a B.A. in Spanish and Portuguese, during which she spent time residing in Granada and Porto. She originally joined the Alturas Capital Partners team in 2018 as an Administrative Accounting Assistant, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Investor Relations. She was elevated to the Property Accountant role in 2019.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and spending quality time with her two boys, Oliver and Theo.
Senior Fund Accountant
Greg Chapman
Greg started at Alturas Capital Partners in July 2021 as a property accountant. He has since changed positions and is on the Fund Accounting side of the accounting department. He helps complete the day-to-day transactions that happen at the fund and entity level.
Greg graduated from Boise State University in the Spring of 2017 with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance. Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, he interned at Hawkins Companies as a construction accountant while finishing university. He was also an Accounting Specialist/Property Accountant at NWRECC and used that experience to land a Property Accounting job at Alturas Capital Partners.
Greg grew up and resides in the Treasure Valley. On his free time Greg enjoys traveling most. Some of his favorite places he has travelled to so far are New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Croatia and Germany. He also enjoys playing hockey and helping coach a local youth team.
Fund Accountant
Garrett Rumph
Garrett Rumph is a Property Accountant at Alturas Capital Partners. His primary role is to take care of the daily accounting tasks at his assigned portion of the portfolio. This Includes making sure invoices are being received, properly entered and paid in a timely manner.
Garrett attended Boise State University and received his BBA in Accountancy in 2020. After graduating, Garrett went on to work at a local tax firm that specialized in small business assisting in many tasks required in order to complete tax returns, from bookkeeping to answering questions clients had about taxes.
Garrett spends most of free time with his friends in a wide range of activities, from playing in a kickball league to taking trips to many different parts of the country.
Senior Property Accountant
Johnny Martin
Johnny Martin is a Property Accountant at Alturas Capital Partners. He oversees a portfolio of properties and works with other property accountants, property managers and the asset management team to ensure the quick and accurate delivery of financial reporting.
Johnny attended Boise State University and graduated in 2019 with a BS of Accountancy. Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, he worked as a retail account for Scandinavian Designs Furniture.
Johnny grew up in the California Bay Area and moved to Boise to attend college. Soon after, he made it his permanent residence. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golf, ultimate frisbee and just about anything else that keeps him outdoors and staying active.
Property Accountant
Bradley Van Ausdle
Brad Van Ausdle is a property accountant at Alturas Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the accounting of a group of properties within the fund's portfolio. Primary tasks include recording property transactions, paying invoices, and preparing monthly closing workbooks.
Brad graduated with a BBA in Accountancy from Boise State University in 2021 where he was an active member of the Beta Alpha Psi accounting organization. He then graduated with an MBA from Willamette University in 2023, serving as the president of the Atkinson Accounting and Finance Association. Prior to his current role, Brad completed accounting internships at Alturas Capital Partners and Hawkins Companies.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys golfing, skiing, mountain biking , and playing basketball. He is also a huge football fan, and often watches games with friends and family.

Jace Bowman
Jace Bowman is a Property Accountant at Alturas Capital Partners. He handles incoming invoices, bank reconciliations, and cash receipts. His role continues to grow as he learns new processes.
Jace recently graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors in Accounting. He plans on continuing his education in the fall through the master’s program at BSU as well. Jace enjoys the opportunities to learn about topics like tax law, audit procedures, and different accounting techniques, whether on the job or academically.
Jace moved down to Boise from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for school. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors, whether it’s camping, hunting, fishing or backpacking. When he isn’t outside, he loves watching football.
Junior Property Accountant
Bruno Rodriguez
Bruno Rodriguez recently joined the Alturas Capital Partners team as an Accounting Intern, and was recently promoted to Accounting Assistant. He assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
He graduated in 2020 from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Philosophy. Prior to Alturas, he worked for Idaho Housing and Finance Association as a Data Entry Specialist and as a HUD Housing Counselor.
Outside of work, Bruno enjoys spending his time with his girlfriend, Katherine, and their two boys (dogs), Romeo and George. His hobbies include baseball, fishing, hiking, traveling, and learning new skills. He enjoys pushing to reach his goals and was able to close on his first house with his girlfriend at age 22. Bruno believes that in order to be happy you have to have a good mindset and attitude.
Accounting Assistant
Sikkim Shwe
Sikkim serves as the Fund Accounting Assistant at Alturas Capital Partners. His primary role is to post day-to-day fund transactions, bank reconciliations, and assist the Fund Accounting department in auditing quarter end reports.
Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, Sikkim attended The College of Idaho where he received a BA in Business Administration. During his time at The College of Idaho, he worked in numerous roles throughout a multitude of departments on campus. Additionality, he had the opportunity to intern at DB Fitzpatrick as a Finance Intern.
Sikkim lives in Boise, ID. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and spending time with his girlfriend and cat Milo.
Director of Acquisitions
Joshua Utke
Joshua Utke is the Director of Acquisitions at Alturas Capital Partners with a primary focus on acquiring new assets for the Alturas Real Estate Fund. His day-to-day tasks include underwriting, forecasting, and negotiation with brokers.
He holds a BBA in Finance from Boise State University and previously worked as a financial analyst intern at Albertsons Companies and Melt Organic, prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners in 2019.
Joshua is originally from Southern California but has made Boise, ID his home since his enrollment at Boise State in 2016. In his free time, he enjoys playing recreational softball, participating in multiple fantasy football leagues, and taking his boat out on the lake.
His investment philosophy prioritizes the development of strong relationships with brokers in order to have access to the best assets and market insights. It emphasizes the significance of investing in markets with growth potential, ensuring consistent positive cash flow, and selecting quality properties that have the potential to generate long-term returns.
Asset Manager
Michael Bick
Michael Bick is an Analyst on our Asset Management team. He started as an Intern in September of 2021 before moving into his current role in January of 2022. His day to day work includes financial reporting/analysis, working with our leasing teams on new and renewal deal terms, and assisting in the due diligence process for new acquisitions.
Michael is originally from Southern California and moved to Boise in 2018. In his free time he enjoys listening to music, reading, shooting, camping & boating at the nearby lakes and spending quality time with friends.
Michael focuses on collaboration with his colleagues to unlock value within our current portfolio and ensure that we maintain the phenomenal partnerships we have with our broker and tenant partners.
Asset Management Analyst
Wesley Flake
Wesley Flake is the Asset Management Intern at Alturas Capital Partners. He assists in financial reporting, financial performance, and management of the portfolio’s assets. Currently, Wesley attends Boise State University where he will graduate this December earning a Bachelor’s in finance.
At work, Wesley’s mindset is to focus on being like a sponge. Being newly exposed to the industry, he looks forward to absorbing as much information as possible and applying himself in any way that benefits his coworkers, our investors, and our tenants.
Wesley Enjoys skiing, reading, swimming, and hiking. He loves to try new sports, read new books, and explore different places.
Director of Marketing
Bennett Williamson
Bennett serves as the Director of Marketing at Alturas Capital Partners. He oversees marketing initiatives, including branding, website development and management, social media engagement, and creating and implementing visuals for Alturas Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, Bennett served on the marketing team at The College of Idaho as a Photo and Video specialist. He helped create the visual branding for the institution. Before working at the College, Bennett worked as a photographer and Editor at RETO Media, a production company in Hillsboro, Oregon, focused on real estate tour videos and photos. He holds a BS in Theological and Biblical Studies from Bethlehem College and Seminary.
Bennett and his wife, Karis, live in Nampa, Idaho, along with their son, Lewis, and daughter, Elizabeth. In his free time, he enjoys hosting game nights and seizing every opportunity to spend time outdoors with his family.
Marketing Assistant
Salma Diaz
Salma Diaz is the Marketing Intern at Alturas Capital Partners. She assists with day-to-day tasks in the marketing department and works with several Alturas Employees.
Salma recently graduated from the College of Western Idaho, where she received her Studio Arts (AA). With the completion of her AA, Salma will attend Boise State University in the fall, where she will enter the Graphic Design program to pursue her Bachelors.
Salma was born in Nevada and moved to Idaho in 2013. She enjoys snowboarding, paddle boarding, spending time with her brothers, and camping with her family.

Jessica Romanello
Jessica Romanello serves as a Commercial Property Manager at Alturas Capital Partners where her primary role is to oversee the operations of the Idaho Real Estate Assets and development of the Facilities Team.
Jessica joined Alturas with prior experience in accounting and residential property management. During her time at Alturas, she has been promoted into three different roles and looks forward to continuing her growth in property management.
Jessica is a mother of two, her son Jayden and her daughter Hayden. They reside in Boise, Idaho. She was raised in Idaho and has grown up loving the outdoors. Most of their free time is spent outside, participating in seasonal sports with her kids, fishing, camping and any activity in the sun.
Chief Engineer
Larry LeValley
Larry LeValley is the Facilities Maintenance Manager for our Idaho properties. He oversees the day-to-day maintenance of our properties as well as improvement projects. Larry also manages a small crew in Idaho and coordinates with other area managers.
His background is mostly in electrical but has previous experience as a maintenance mechanic. He attended four years of electrical trade school where he earned his Electrical Journeyman’s License.
Larry has been married for a very long time and has 2 children. His kids have been heavily involved in sports and activities and Larry has enjoyed watching them throughout the years. Larry also enjoys camping, fishing, golfing and most things outdoors.
Building Engineer
Jared Coordes
Jared Coordes started with Alturas Capital Partners in 2022 and serves as the Assistant Facilities Manager. His day-to-day tasks include daily maintenance at our 11 properties in Idaho. Prior to joining ACP, he was a Day Porter for Alturas where he kept the properties cleaned and organized.
Jared previously worked for Simpson Plumbing, as an apprentice plumber. where he learned about residential and commercial plumbing. He learned how to read prints and design plumbing systems. He also has experience in boiler systems, and radiant heat systems.
Jared grew up in Nampa, Idaho and currently resides in Meridian Idaho, with his fiancé and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, snowboarding, traveling and softball.
Assistant Building Engineer
Riley Chavez
Riley Chavez is the assistant Facilities Manager at Alturas Capital Partners. His day-to-day task as a day porter include assisting the Maintenance team with landscaping and maintenance at our 11 properties in Idaho.
Prior to Alturas, Riley worked at A-1 Heating and Air. During his time there, he was able to gain experience in HVAC, and often worked in construction and residential areas. He also served as a wood splitter at Dave’s firewood in California, and part time for Handyman services in Idaho.
Riley moved up to Idaho a month after he graduated from Redlands High school in California. In his free time, Riley enjoys shooting, fishing, camping, driving RC cars, dirt bike riding, and watching football with his family.

Brianna Lukasevics
Brianna began her career with Alturas Capital Partners in 2021 as a Property Manager. She now serves as Senior Property Manager in Colorado Springs, where she directly manages 571,987 SF of commercial office and retail space, as well as oversees the management of an additional 359,220 SF of local real estate.
Prior to joining Alturas, Brianna worked with a diverse portfolio of properties, including high rise office buildings, office complexes, retail centers, medical buildings and Business Owner Associations. Brianna is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about property management and takes pride in delivering positive results to owners and tenants.
Brianna grew up in Asia, obtained her bachelor’s from Wake Forest University, and Master of Business from George Washington University. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside.
Property Manager
Natalya Stuart
Natalya Rodriguez-Stuart started with Alturas Capital Partners in 2022 as a commercial property manager. She oversees approximately 359,220 SF of office space in the Colorado Springs area. She handles the day-to-day operations, tenant communication, maintenance management, large repairs, and capital projects.
Natalya started her career in property management as a receptionist with Trammel Crow in Miami, FL, and worked her way to managing multiple industrial and office buildings for Transwestern Commercial Services and Avison Young. Natalya moved out to Colorado with her sister, fell in love with the state, and set down her roots.
Natalya is a mom of identical twin girls, who are currently four years old. In her spare time, Natalya works on a fitness clothing line and always enjoys watching a good film.
Building Engineer
Rich Kosut
Rich began his career with Alturas Captial Partners in 2021 as a Maintenance Manager. He now oversees the maintenance of 931,207 SF of Commercial Office Real Estate in Colorado Springs, as well as a team of two. Rich handles day to day maintenance operations including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, as well as a variety of projects from landscape xeroscaping, common area repainting, and initiating green initatives for the properties. He also completes routing property inspections and assists in training his team.
Prior to joining Alturas, Rich worked in commercial office maintenance. He also has a background in commercial HVAC installations. Rich places an emphasis on preventative maintenance, risk management, and tenant/vendor relations.
Rich grew up in West Virginia and relocated to Colorado in 2009. He enjoys hiking and motorcycle riding.
Building Engineer
Neil Hoffman
Neil began his career with Alturas Captial Partners in 2021 as a Maintenance Technican. He handles maintenance operations for 359,220 SF of Commercial Office Real Estate in Colorado Springs, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. He assists in the maintenance of an additional 571,987 SF of local real estate. Neil also handles a variety of projects from LED upgrades, landscape xeroscaping, and common area repainting.
Prior to joining Alturas, Neil worked in commercial office maintenance, but also has a background in the maintenance of senior living facilities and commercial restaurant equipment. He regularly interfaces with both vendors and tenants and takes pride in building up those relationships.
Neil grew up in California and relocated to Colorado in 2007. He enjoys taking hikes and spending time with his family.
Assistant Building Engineer
Salvador Vasquez
Salvador Vasquez started with Alturas Capital Partners in 2023 as a jr. maintenance technician. He provides maintenance services to an office complex, totaling 325,000 SF in Colorado Springs. He handles a variety of tenant requests and assists in vendor coordination. He works as a team member to two other maintenance technicians and assists them on projects. He is developing his HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and skills in other trades. He aims to become a maintenance technician.
Salvador began his career working at commercial properties as a day porter in 2019, with CCS, a janitorial firm. With a lot of hard work, reliability and dedication, Salvador worked his way up to a jr. maintenance technician.
Salvador is a Colorado native. In his spare time, Salvador enjoys hiking with his dogs and skiing.

Chief Engineer
Othello Goodwin
Othello Goodwin III joined Alturas Capital Partners as the Chief Engineer in April of 2023. He oversees Building Maintenance Operations for the Denver portfolio.
Othello brings over 30 years of experience in commercial building maintenance and operations. He began his career in the early 90’s as an apprentice, and has continued to grow his knowledge base, skill set, and management capabilities throughout the years.
Othello moved from Maryland to Denver in 1982. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has one son. He enjoys camping, fishing, motorcycling, and spending time with his family.
Building Engineer
Jordan Auclair
Jordan Auclair started with Alturas Capital Partners in 2023 and serves as a Commercial Building Engineer for ACP’s Orchard Pointe property. He manages and executes Operations & Maintenance and WOs for the 121,000 sq ft. commercial office space.
Jordan previously employed himself as an Owner / Operator of two side businesses, in a Handyman, and Locksmith capacity. Also, pulling from his well-rounded knowledge of Construction, Hospitality, Maintenance, and Operations, bringing it all to ACP.
Jordan grew up on the East Coast, and lived all around the DC, MD, and VA areas. He currently resides in Denver, with his wife and fur babies. When he is not spending quality time with his wife cooking cultural dishes from around the world, he enjoys solitude in nature, writing, and continual learning.

Marcus Schadewald

Tanya Pomirchy
Tanya is currently a Senior Property Manager with Alturas Capital Partners. She oversees a portfolio of (3) high rise office buildings in the Denver Tech Center. She first started managing these sites in May of 2021 and became an ACP team member on December 1, 2021.
In the industry since 2010, she is involved with the Denver BOMA chapter and is this year’s Vice-Chair for the Awards and Recognition Committee. She obtained her LEED Green accreditation in 2014 and shortly after her Colorado Real Estate broker license.
In her free time, she loves to hike, ski, camp and watch hockey with her family. She has a passion for singing and once tried out for American Idol. She volunteers at her church on the weekends and sits on the executive board of a non-profit called Global Orphan Prevention.
Property Administrator
Paula Scott
Paula Scott is the Commercial Property Assistant in the Denver Tech Center; she helps manage the day-to-day property operations. Overseeing the timely and successful completion of all maintenance requests. She also assists the property manager in property-related documents.
She has worked in the industry for 7 years, and has been able to build great relationships with not only our tenant partners but our vendor partners. She has also built great relationships with our contractors as she works closely with them during projects.
She was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado. Paula enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys deep sea fishing.
Assistant Property Manager
Lisa Hipley
Lisa is the Assistant Property Manager for the Alturas Capital Partners properties in the Denver Tech Center. She helps manage the day-to-day property operations and accounts, while assisting the property manager with building and tenant improvement projects.
Lisa graduated in 2019 from MSU of Denver with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Speech Communication. Lisa has 15+ years of experience in management. Her previous experiences have allowed her to connect with tenants, vendors, and ACP team to build long lasting relationships.
Lisa is originally from Alaska where she grew up racing sled dogs and fishing for salmon. She now resides in Aurora, Colorado and enjoys visiting wineries and playing pool. Favorite quote:"Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see." - Mark Twain.

Ron White
Ron joined Alturas Capital Partners in 2023 as the Property Manager overseeing six commercial properties across the greater Spokane, WA area.
Ron began his career in commercial real estate in 1994 in Los Angeles, before moving to Spokane a year later. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University and his Master in Teaching from Whitworth University.
Ron is married with two teenage children, who are passionate about the theatre. He enjoys water-skiing, golf and running, and has served several leadership roles in his church.
Chief Engineer
Bryan Mcdonald
Bryan joined Alturas Capital Partners in 2023 as the Chief Engineer over seeing six commercial properties in the Spokane WA. Area. Responsible for daily operation of the property portfolio, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety and all other mechanical systems. He manages the engineering staff and venders to coordinate preventive maintenance, tenant improvements and special projects. Develop and manage yearly repairs and maintenance budgets,
Prior to joining Alturas Capital Partners, Bryan began his career with Unico Properties, starting in 2006 as a Portfolio Chief Engineer in Seattle. He has a 07 electrical license and a CFC license. In Bellevue and Seattle WA. Bryan has been part of LEED and Energy Star certifications at multiple properties. Bryan once managed the Bullitt Center known as the greenest commercial building in the world.
Bryan is married with three grown children and three grandsons. He enjoys drag racing both building and operating the drag cars. Bryan and wife relocated to Idaho the St. Joe River area in 2020 now enjoys the river and all Idaho has to offer.

Chris Renn
Chris joined Alturas Capital Partners as a Lead Engineer in July of 2023 and is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the six commercial facilities in the Spokane, WA area. He began his career in commercial property maintenance in 2007 and holds an 07 Electrical, Heating Mechanics and CFC license along with multiple industry related certifications.
Married with three children, Chris has called Spokane home for the past 30 years and in his free time enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, hiking and boating.

Alex Wittman
Alex Wittman is the tenant services coordinator at the Rock Pointe Corporate Campus. Tasks involved on a day-to-day basis include tenant correspondence, dispatching work orders, updating vendor information, and assist management and engineers to maintain tenant satisfaction and fulfilling work orders.
With a year’s experience in property management, Alex had worked in television and radio broadcasting. He gained a technological mindset paired with the enthusiasm to build and maintain tenant and vendor relationships.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys exploring & hiking in summer, building scale model trains, writing, and photography.
