The Tenant

West End Wealth is a Denver-Based wealth management company that creates smart financial plans and proven investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, nonprofit organizations, and corporations. They provide a more personalized approach to wealth management and strive to work with clients and families to meet their unique financial goals. With over 35 years of experience, the team at West End Wealth provides a variety of services, including cohesive financial plans, retirement planning and insurance management.

The Project

This project was a Tenant Improvement scope for a newly signed lease at Stanford I in Denver, CO. The tenant began working with our architect and general contractor to produce a plan with high-end finishes in a small space.

The Process

This project began in October of 2021. The space is roughly 1,442 square feet, smaller than many of the other suites in the building, so the project was anticipated to be finished earlier than it was. There were delays in execution due to the amount of planning and revising that went into the project. Alturas Capital Partners wanted to provide West End Wealth with the result they wanted while keeping the project within budget. 

They were able to partner with TI Construction on this project, a contractor that worked through the changes and planning process with the tenant and Alturas Capital Partners. The three parties were able to collaborate, and the project was completed June 17.

The Result

While the process took longer than was anticipated, West End Wealth ended up with a space they feel comfortable in.

The real star, though, for us was Steve, who led the build out.  He was a true partner with us throughout the construction process. He is an excellent communicator and made sure that even though our suite was small, the construction was executed to perfection. We also must mention Steve’s right hand man, Shawn, who was always available to assist when asked and filled in when Steve was out sick. We’re moved in now and absolutely love our new home. It’s gorgeous!” 

This project is an example of the value in collaborating and finding win-win solutions.
