Alturas Capital Partners Acquires Caldwell Ind. Property

Caldwell, Idaho -- Alturas Capital Partners has added another industrial property to the Alturas Real Estate Fund portfolio. Located at 5617 E. Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho, this property is the eighth industrial property acquired and the 34th property currently owned by the Alturas Real Estate Fund.

The property consists of four existing buildings totaling 21,000 square feet and an additional 15 acres that is planned for an additional 200,000 square feet of industrial development.

We are looking forward to working with the existing tenant to optimize the existing place for their needs while at the same time creating more high quality new industrial space in the very strong Caldwell market.
