Alturas Capital Partners Acquires Industrial Flex Building in Spokane

Spokane, Washington – December 21, 2020

Alturas Capital Partners added International Gateway Center Phase II, an Industrial Flex building located at 10102 E. Knox Avenue in Spokane Valley, Washington. The 73,419 sf building is 76% occupied.

The International Gateway Center is located just north of I-90 in the Montgomery Corridor neighborhood. This is a high-profile property with excellent visibility along Interstate 90. The location is central within the greater Spokane/Coeur d’Alene market.

Key tenants include: Carrington College, Creative Office, Cannon Solutions America, Inc., Wake Up, Inc., Skyline Displays, Copiers Northwest, and Ready Meds Pharmacy.

Spokane is the second largest city in Washington with a population that is consistently growing. The current expansion is causing noticeable change in employment and demographics in the area. This positive growth and change in recent years and the draw of the Pacific Northwest puts Spokane on a significant path for growth that is predicted to surpass historical rates.
