The new Dutch Bros coffee shop at 6405 Source Center Point in Colorado Springs opened on September 27, 2019. As evidenced by the long line of cars wrapped around the building and parking lot we witnessed on a recent visit, business is good.
The Alturas Real Estate Fund originally purchased the 0.94 acres of land in August of 2018, with plans to build the Dutch Bros drive-thru coffee shop there.
The Colorado Springs location is the second Dutch Bros project completed by Alturas Capital Partners (ACP), and the first that is corporate owned. It is the 4th build-to-suit project that ACP has brought to completion for the Alturas Real Estate Fund.
