The Alturas Real Estate Fund is an evergreen commercial real estate investment fund with a focus on value-add, core plus, and real estate development investments.
The Fund targets middle-market properties in the Intermountain West and Inland Northwest regions of the country - markets often overlooked by larger funds - and currently owns assets in Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and Washington.
Since inception in 2015, the Fund has acquired nearly $150 million in total assets. It currently has $125 million of assets under management consisting of more than 1 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space.

The Fund is a $100 million equity and debt offering, with a focus on value-add residential and commercial real estate investments. The Fund targets middle-market properties throughout the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West regions of the country.
