Construction has begun on a new Colorado Springs Dutch Bros located at 6405 Source Center Point in the rapidly growing Northeast Colorado Springs submarket. The land for this project was purchased in August of 2018.
The project is expected to be completed in 90-120 days, which would have the new location serving Dutch Bros’ popular specialty java, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies by mid-summer 2019.
This will be the second Dutch Bros location developed by the Alturas Real Estate Fund in partnership with Needles Eye Holding, the first was in Caldwell, Idaho.
