Tenant Spotlight: Chenega Worldwide

Alturas Capital Partners is pleased to welcome Chenega Worldwide Support as a new tenant of the Presidio. The company now occupies a 2,031 square foot suite on the first floor of the building located at 1155 Kelly Johnson Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The lease was signed May 18th and after completing their tenant improvements, Chenega took occupancy August 15th. Peter Scoville and Greg Phaneuf of Cushman & Wakefield represented Alturas Capital Partners in this transaction.

Chenega offers Engineering Services and Advisory and Assistance services.
