Alturas Capital Partners Sells Ind. Property in Twin Falls

TWIN FALLS, Idaho  –  Alturas Capital Partners, a real estate investment company based in Eagle, Idaho sold an industrial property located at 297 Wycoff Circle in Twin Falls. The company sold the property to a 1031 exchange buyer out of Sun Valley, Idaho.

Alturas purchased the 23,000 square foot industrial building in February of 2020. The  property is entirely occupied by Excel Fabrication. Excel manufactures and installs sanitary process piping, air, mechanical, and utility lines as well as wastewater systems. The tenant has a diverse customer base with products and services received in multiple states.

Lew Goldman of Colliers International represented Alturas Capital Partners in the sale of the asset. Paul Kenny and Matt Bogue represented the buyer.

This disposition is the 12^th asset the company has taken full cycle, with the most recent being the sale of 2206 Whitley in March of 2021. This sale leaves Alturas with 26 current properties totaling approximately $250 million of assets under management with many more new acquisitions in various stages of underwriting.
