Devin Morris joins Alturas Capital Partners

Alturas is adding another talent to our roster as we grow and build strong partnerships.

Devin Morris comes to us from Zions Bank Real Estate Banking Group in Boise where he served as vice president.  While at Zions, he managed a loan portfolio worth $60 million.

At Alturas, he will help add even more expertise to our team in the commercial real estate space, as we grow and invest across Idaho and the Intermountain West.

Most importantly, he shares our partnership focused approach to doing business. His attention to detail, and analytical skills will allow for continued growth of our real estate investments.”

Before Zions, Devin spent time on the east coast working for Wells Fargo in the Richmond, Virginia area.  He’s also done work for JHM Hotels and the City of Boise’s Planning and Development Services team.

“As a Boise native, I want to see this community grow and this position allows me to have a direct impact in the growth of the community,” Morris said. “I am excited to be able to join a young, dynamic company and be a part of the maturation of the organization.”

He holds a BS in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson.
