Alturas Capital Partners Featured: Colliers “Ring the Bell”

Commercial real estate company Colliers has featured Alturas Capital in their “Ring the Bell” showcase.

Ring the Bell highlights significant real estate purchases around the country. Colliers describes the transaction in their list of featured deals:

"Colliers represented Alturas Capital in the purchase of two industrial spaces (78,210 SF and 39,300 SF) in Boise, Idaho. These agents then facilitated the immediate lease of these properties to Patrick Industries. This transaction will be one of the largest deals done in Idaho in 2016."

Criteria to be considered for the Ring the Bell feature includes:

• Sales: ≥ $50 million*
• Office leasing: > 25,000 SF*
• Industrial leasing: >150,000 SF*
• Capital Markets/debt: > $15 million*
• Retail: Only noteworthy clients
